Our commitment

Villaggio turistico Camping Eden is committed to making the services offered through the website https://www.camping-eden.it/ accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act), transposed into Italian law by Legislative Decree no. 82 of 27 May 2022, and with the AgID Guidelines on the accessibility of services adopted by Determination no. 38/2026.

The technical reference is the harmonised standard EN 301 549, which for web content refers to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.

The service

Through the website you can:

  • find information on the campsite's pitches, accommodation, facilities, prices and special offers;
  • check availability, book your stay online through the booking system and receive confirmation by e-mail;
  • request information using the contact form;
  • subscribe to the newsletter.

Accessibility features

The website is designed to be usable with the main assistive technologies (screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control, alternative keyboards) and with the accessibility settings of the operating system and browser. In particular:

  • pages have a semantic structure with headings, identified navigation areas and a "Skip to content" link at the top of the page;
  • all website functions can be operated by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator;
  • images, links, buttons and embedded content have text alternatives or descriptive names;
  • form fields have labels, and error messages explain how to correct the input;
  • text and links meet minimum contrast ratios; links within text are underlined;
  • the layout adapts to screens as narrow as 320 pixels and to text zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality;
  • the language of each page is declared;
  • links that open in a new window are indicated.

Compliance status

Partially compliant. The website meets the requirements of WCAG 2.1 level AA, except for the limitations listed below.

Known limitations and alternatives

  1. Cookie banner and cookie settings panel. These are provided by an external service and cannot be modified directly: they may have limitations when navigating by keyboard or with a screen reader. If you have any difficulty, please contact us using the details below.
  2. Online booking system. Availability checks and bookings are handled by an external service (Iperbooking), whose operation we cannot directly control and which may have accessibility limitations. Alternatively, you can book by writing to mail@camping-eden.it or calling +39 0365 62093.
  3. Map on the Contact page. The Google Maps map is provided by an external service and may not be fully accessible. The campsite's address is also given as text: Via Preone 45, 25010 San Felice del Benaco (BS), Italy.
  4. Other third-party content. The newsletter sign-up form and the rating and review boxes are provided by their respective external services, and we cannot change how they work. You can also subscribe to the newsletter by writing to the address below.

Tracking

The website does not use web tracking techniques, such as cookies or browser fingerprinting, that would make it possible to detect a user's use of assistive technologies or accessibility settings, or otherwise to infer a disability.

Assessment method

The information on this page is based on an assessment carried out on 03/11/2026 on a sample of representative pages of the website (home page, accommodation and facilities pages, price list, contact page, this page), using automated tools and manual testing with keyboard navigation, a screen reader and a 320-pixel-wide viewport.

The assessment was carried out by Villaggio turistico Camping Eden with the technical support of the provider responsible for managing the website.
